Please do not apply unless you have communicated with us regarding our available properties and have been given the go ahead to apply. We are looking for the following when renting our properties to you:

• Must show a combined income of 3 times the monthly rent (calculated on gross pay before taxes)
• Qualifying applicants (applicants who will be responsible for rent) must have a credit score of at least 600 (we use Transunion Residential Scoring which may vary from your regular credit score)
• Decent rental history free from evictions within the past 7 years
• No dispossessory filings within the past 3 years
• No balance with a former landlord (s)
• No judgements or active landlord collections
• No criminal history within past 10 years
